PC based software for controlling and visualizing workflows. Provides operator guidance for Bosch Rexroth tightening systems 300/310/350/Nexo over open protocol. Also supports socket trays, barcode scanner, RFID and positioning systems (Profibus). Additional tightening tools supported are: GWK electronic torque wrench (Zigbee, seriell, WLAN), Bosch Bluetooth production tools (ExaconnecT).

Trans 1.X is a PC software for data acquisition and conversion of screwdriving results data.

It offers functions for the reliable acquisition of tightening data from Rexroth tightening systems of the 300/310/350 generations and conversion into the standard data format Q-The ASCII transfer format for quality data. For the optimization of the processes, demand-oriented Analysis and reporting tools (as of V1.27.X) is available as well as special support for Guided capability analyses. The QTrans software takes over the complete control of the screwdriving system and reference measuring system and guides the tester through the entire test sequence. This enables fast and reliable testing for optimum process reliability.

Feature Overview

V1.27.12: New version with support for screwdriving system generation 350 - enables the use of QTrans with the new data output formats of firmware V2.200.

QTrans V1.27 is a further development of our QTrans 1.1 software, which has been in use worldwide since 2005 and has proven its reliability in various projects (see also Customized adaptations) has proven itself. QTrans V1.27 offers the following functions:

  • Reliable data acquisition for Rexroth 300/310/350 screwdriving systems via TCP/IP
  • Generation of data in Q-Das ASCII transfer format (2005 certified for Bosch Rexroth Company: Q-Das Websiteicon_exlink_blue)
  • Guided capability measurements (measuring equipment capability: type 1A) with remote control of the screwdriving system
  • Online display of the last screwdriving results with flexible filter and sorting functions
  • Integrated, interactive reports for fast data analysis: End of Cycle Reports, First Time Quality Report, Reject Report, Root Cause Analysis Report
