The heOGS software is a complete solution for guiding a worker through the necessary work steps when assembling
components in assembly line production. The main aspect of the software is controlled torque tightening, but other operations such as scanning or screw release are also supported.

PC-based software for the Control and visualization of work processessupports Bosch Rexroth screwdriving systems 300/310/350/Nexo via OpenProtocol as well as Socket Trays, barcode scanner, RFID (serial/Ethernet/Profibus) and positioning system (Profibus). Electronic torque wrenches GWK (Zigbee, serial, WLAN) are also supported.

  • Runs on standard PC (i3 CPU, 8GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Full-HD (1080P) monitor, Windows 10), touch operation possible
  • Tools: Rexroth Nexo, ErgoSpin, electric torque wrench, socket quiver, positioning, etc.

The main features of the software are:

  • Supports multiple torque wrenches: NEXO, ErgoSpin, torque wrenches, electronic torque wrenches
    Torque wrench (GWK)
  • Predefined or free sequence of jobs, can also be defined via the barcode
  • Screwdriving data include torque curves (for BOSCH SYS310/350)
