The hePWB program selection box was developed specifically for use in industrial environments. It enables precise and intuitive selection of programs (0–255) and reliably transmits them to connected control systems—ideal for Bosch IM24V systems.
A robust aluminum housing, a clear LED display, and the ergonomic rotary encoder ensure comfortable operation even under harsh conditions.

hePSB – Programmwahlbox

Designed for use in industrial environments. It can be used in conjunction with all common screwdriving systems and controls. Depending on the version selected, it is connected to the respective screwdriving system via a 25-pin DSUB plug connector or a coded M12 circular connector. The robust aluminium housing can withstand even heavy loads in the workplace. The quiver has an interesting bus system so that each main module can be operated with several expansion modules.

PWM – Generator

The PWM generator is supplied with a voltage of 24VDC. The pulse pause ratio is set on the rotary switch. For example, switch position 1 corresponds to a duty cycle of 10% and switch position 9 corresponds to a duty cycle of 90%, each at a constant base frequency of 1kHz. The output signal is pulse width modulated with an amplitude of 24V. The status LED is also controlled by the PWM signal and therefore lights up brighter or dimmer depending on the duty cycle.

🔧 Function & Control

The hePWB program selection box allows you to easily select and transfer programs to connected controllers or screwdriving systems. The rotary encoder can be used to set a program number between 0 and 255, which can then be activated at the touch of a button. A three-digit red LED display clearly shows the current selection, while the brightness can be adjusted individually.

Thanks to the configurable inputs and outputs (24 V), the box can be flexibly integrated into various systems. Software or firmware updates can be performed via the USB interface as needed. The hePWB thus offers a precise, robust, and adaptable solution for program selection in industrial applications.
