MSTKN-H-S14-HM-WLAN-GBA

The 4-slots Socket Trays was developed for use in industrial environments Socket Trays was developed for use in industrial environments. It is compatible with all common screwdriving systems and Control systems. The Tray has an internal bus system so that each main module can be operated with several extension modules. It is a Modbus TCP slave and can also be used in existing bus systems. The fieldbus interface communicates via WiFi with cyclical data transmission via Open Modbus TCP/UDP. The robust aluminum housing can withstand even the toughest conditions in the workplace.

The 8-slots Socket Trays was developed for use in industrial environments. It is compatible with all common screwdriving systems and Control systems. The Tray has an internal bus system so that each main module can be operated with several extension modules. It is a Modbus TCP slave and can also be used in existing bus systems. Feature Overview

Modbus Interface
The fieldbus interface communicates via WiFi with cyclical data transmission via Open Modbus TCP/UDP. The interface is compatible with class 0 with some class 2 extensions (FC23, read/write, multiple registers). The device has two words of process data available (one input and one output register), which are addressed as follows:

  • Read: Register address 512 (hex 0x200) contains the status of the socket head; the output register is read back via address 0
  • Write: Register address 0 (hex 0x000) sets the control register of the socket head.

The control register has two areas (1 byte each) for “Command” (bits 0-7) and “Selection” (bits 8-15). The status register is also divided into two parts: “Status” (bits 0-7) and “Selection” (bits 8-15).
