LDR300 Software – Maximum Flexibility for the Bosch System 300

LDR300-Software

The LDR300 software extends the application range of the Bosch system by enabling the use of a very large number of different screwdriving programs. These programs are stored on a PC (BT250) and can be loaded into the screwdriving controller of the System 300 upon request from the PLC. This allows for the use of a significantly larger number of screwdriving programs, making the production process more flexible and easier to adapt to changing requirements. As the system also manages the screwdriver type for each screwdriving channel, it is possible to operate different tools (manual screwdrivers) on the same channel. After retooling (reconnecting) the tool, the software ensures that the screwdriver is ready for use again without the need for manual configuration of the screwdriving channel.

In addition to the dynamic loading of the screwdriving programs, the LDR300 software ensures that the ID code (part number) is transmitted to the screwdriving system so that the quality data can be correctly assigned to the machined component.

heCurveAnalyzer – Analysis Extension

heCurveAnalyzer

The heCurveAnalyzer extends the existing heCurveViewer software by adding powerful features for (semi-)automatic curve analysis.
It enables the evaluation of screw curves using predefined analysis algorithms and the calculation of relevant characteristic values.

The operator is guided interactively through the analysis process—for example, by selecting specific points within the curve.
The results are visualized directly in the program and can be easily transferred to other applications, such as Microsoft Excel, via the clipboard (copy & paste).

heFileTool – Management and visualization of screw curves

heFileTool

The heFileTool is a software program for convenient management, display, and analysis of screw curves.
It enables easy access to measurement data from screwdriving systems and supports various file formats.
With heFileTool, curves can be visualized, compared, and exported for further analysis—ideal for applications in production, quality assurance, and development.

Functionality

The heFileTool serves as a central application for processing measurement data from screwdriving systems.
After importing, individual or multiple curves can be displayed and superimposed simultaneously.
Interactive analysis functions are available for each curve to determine relevant parameters or identify anomalies in the screwdriving process.

The software supports the export of curves and analysis results, e.g., for import into Microsoft Excel or for sending as part of quality assurance.

Sys3xxTempTracker – Temperature monitoring for screwdriving systems

Sys3xxTempTracker

Sys3xxTempTracker is software for monitoring and analyzing the temperature values of Series 3xx screwdriving systems.
It reads temperature data cyclically and transmits it directly to a CompactLogix PLC via EtherNet/IP. There, the data can be used for visualization, archiving, and process analysis.
The Sys3xxTempTracker thus enables reliable, centralized monitoring of all relevant system components—from the controller and servo amplifier to the motor and sensors.

System Architecture

Sys3xxTempTracker runs as a Windows service and automatically connects to all configured screw controllers in the network.
The BS350 TCP protocol reads the temperature values at defined intervals and writes them directly to the PLC variables stored in the configuration.
In addition, the software provides a REST API and a web interface through which current temperature data and communication statuses can be viewed.

A single installation can manage more than 100 controllers in parallel, making it ideal for central monitoring systems in manufacturing environments.
