KEIPMSrv. Software

The KEIPMSrv software is a further development of the existing KEIPM software for integrating the BOSCH-Rexroth 300/310 screwdriving systems into the IPM system. The aim of this further development is the unattended centralized operation of the software on a server computer. Here, screwdriving systems from several lines are integrated in parallel, whereby operation and maintenance of the software per line is possible independently.

Client software for recording and forwarding screwdriving result data and screwdriving curves to the quality data system I-P.M. of the company CSP .

The software is available for PC-based systems, embedded Linux and VxWorks and offers reliable data and curve transfer for the analysis and documentation of bolted joints and production processes.

Feature Overview

KEIPM:

  • PC-based version of the I-P.M. Client software
  • Data transfer via Microsoft FTP Server
  • Includes Windows service for curve storage
  • The screwdriver controls (SE/KE) must be correctly configured, in particular the FTP data transfer and ID code transfer must be correctly parameterized and functioning.
  • The I/O connection must be present and functioning.
  • If a Profibus connection is used, the bus must be present and functioning.
  • The responsible PLC programmer must be on site to carry out tests.
  • The installation checklist must be completed in full and all required information filled in

  • Windows 2000 or XP operating system must be installed
