QTrans

QTrans is a PC software for data acquisition and conversion of screwdriving results data. It offers reliable process data acquisition and operator-guided measuring equipment and machine capability analyses. Furthermore, flexible data output formats (e.g. Q-Das QS-Stat, XML ...) are supported and screwdriving systems can be remotely controlled for capability tests without reconfiguration/BS300.

QTrans is available in various expansion stages for use on a system computer, a mobile computer (e.g. for MFU and measuring equipment capability measurements) or for unattended operation as a Windows service on a server computer. This makes it possible to connect several hundred screwdriving spindles to a central quality system.

QTrans offers a function for the reliable recording of tightening data from Rexroth tightening systems of the 300/310/350 generations aus den Rexroth Schraubsystemen der Generationen 300/310/350 and the conversion is the standard data format AQDEF V3.0 for quality data in the automotive industry.

Needs-based analysis and reporting tools are available to optimize the processes, as well as special support for guided capability analyses. The QTrans software takes over the complete control of the screwdriving system and reference measuring system and guides the tester through the entire test sequence. This enables fast and reliable testing for optimum process reliability

QTrans based on QualityWorX Gateway for the connection of Sciemetric QualityWorX data bankprovides results data and curves for powerful analysis and reporting with QualityWorX.
