LDR300-Software
The LDR300-Software extends the application range of the Bosch to include the possibility of using a very large number of different screwdriving programs. For this purpose, the screwdriving programs are stored on a PC (BT250) and transferred to the PLC on request. Screwdriver control of the System 300 nachgeladen. In addition to the dynamic loading of the screwdriving programs, the LDR300 software ensures that the ID code (part number) is transmitted to the screwdriving system so that the quality data can be correctly assigned to the machined component.
heCurveAnalyzer
Bosch curves (*.crv) and Atlas curves (*.pfg) are supported as curve data formats. Transfer of curve points to measured values is freely possible, language switching is available.
Supplied languages are English, German.
heFileTool
The software offers functions for secure and reliable copying/moving of files in the network. It supports multiple parallel operations in file sets with the following parameters:
- Source and destination directory
- Recursive processing
- Filter criteria for file name search
